As a home seller, it would be time well spent if they know that the interested buyer is someone who can be able to afford the home.

Don’t show up late

Golden rule for business is that you should always be punctual. You should respect the time of the seller as well as the agent because they have made time to attend to your business. If you are running late, make sure that you call to inform them and it is not advisable to make any last minute changes.
